May today find us rested, healing, and ready to discover what will unfold in the Now. The next moment is a mystery, always full of both danger and opportunity, in equal measure. How we respond will be determined in the moment that has just passed. If we are truly present in THIS moment, we are simultaneously processing the THEN, and preparing for the WHEN. There’s nothing for it but to marvel, and lean into our living. Breathe in the future; breathe out the past. And in that brief interim, while the breathe is held, Be Here Now.
